Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any refunds or exchange of items unless its defective or wrong order.
Defects/Wrong Item Received
In the rare case where Naked and Unbound made an error with your order, (defective item or wrong order), You may return the bra with all tags intact in original packaging within 10 days of delivery for an exchange. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if your item is no longer in stock, a full refund or store credit will be made. If you received a defective item or a wrong order, do drop us an email at email@example.com with clear pictures of the defective item or purchased order invoice and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
